'This series has become a recognized go-to technical reference for surgeons.'
'efficiently walks through the various pathologies that can occur about the elbow and presents the state of the art of the broad range of options for treatment'
'a most impressive group of instructors who are preeminent in the field'
'a must have for the institutional orthopedic library and a worthy addition to the personal library of every practitioner of elbow surgery.'
Weighted Numerical Score: 97 - 5 Stars!
-Doodys Publishers' Club, Friday, October 10, 2014
Excellent textbook for the experienced elbow surgeon but particularly for the upper limb surgeon who is asked to undertake the complex trauma and elective elbow problems that present to their orthopaedic department.
Each chapter has a similar format with a brief introduction, indications and contraindications for surgery, preoperative planning, surgical technique, results and complications
High-quality operative photographs and diagrams
Explains how to deal with the complications of elbow trauma
An essential addition that, ideally, should be available in the surgeon's room within the operating theatre complex
Highly recommended.
