C. 1918, 9.25 x 6.25 , hardcover cloth binding. In fair condition, with rubbing and wear to boards and spine. Hinge wear towards front of book, with early pages loose towards the top. Light marginalia and markings at front of book. Profusely illustrated throughout with black-and-white etchings, including furniture, interiors, and exteriors of log houses. General age-related toning to pages, along with periodic foxing and wear. Please see photographs and ask any questions prior to purchasing.
