About the Author

Bob Wiggins has consulted and written on information management at many levels, from business analysis, through requirements specification to procurement and project management with special reference to quality and process improvement. He ran his own company for 20 years prior to which he established information services for the British Gas Engineering Research Station dealing with the conversion to natural gas and later at BP co-ordinated the Group's information services, managed the central data and records management consultancy teams, and introduced one of the first major corporate text retrieval systems. He graduated with a degree in metallurgy from Nottingham University, was a founding member of the Institute of Information Scientists and has been associated with many professional institutions which have arisen and merged during the decades to reflect the changing information scene. He was also for a time Assistant Editor of the International Journal of Information Management published by Elsevier. Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Exceptions to the right of cancellation
