The results in the form of carbon monoxide (CO), hydrocarbon(HC), smoke emissions (Opacity%) and engine performance, obtained using of Diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC) and compare with the performance of engine using without DOC and conclusions were drawn. It was found that using diesel oxidation catalyst; CO and HC emissions were almost entirely eliminated.
