Hardcover (no jacket) in very good condition for age. Uniform binding, volume 49. Half leather binding, from the collection of the late Scottish statesman and politician Donald Dewar (1937-2000) who served as the inaugural first minister of Scotland and leader of the Labour Party in Scotland. Age related edgewear, abrasions and discolouration to the exterior, with scuffs / peeling to the edges and corners. Faint creasing along the spine. Sporadic tanning and foxing on the pages throughout. Printing errors on a few pages causing some blurring of text; the contents remain legible. The binding is sound. CM. Seller Inventory # 613412
