-TODOS LOS ENVIOS se realizan por CORREOS Carta o Paquete CERTIFICADOS, informando del Nº de seguimiento en todos los casos.

-No podemos asegurar la entrega en domicilio, depende del peso del pedido, puede que en algunos casos tenga que acudir el comprador a su recogida en la Oficina de Correos. Normalmente si no está en domicilio el cartero le dejará un aviso de recogida.

If you are a consumer you can withdraw from the contract in accordance with the following. Consumer means any natural person who is acting for purposes which are outside his trade, business, craft or profession.

Information regarding the right of withdrawal

Statutory right to withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good or the last lot or piece.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, electronically fill in and submit a clear statement on our website, under "My Purchases" in "My Account". We will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to CALLE 59 Libros, Tarancón, Cuenca, Spain, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

1. The delivery of newspapers, journals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts; and
2. The supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. on a CD or DVD) if you accepted when you placed your order that we could start to deliver it, and that you could not withdraw once delivery had started.

-Los envíos prioritarios se entienden como aquellos en los que se agiliza el envío y entrega. El envío ordinario queda exento de responsabilidades por parte de la librería, siendo más lento el envío y llegada generalmente. No podemos asegurar la entrega en domicilio, depende del peso del pedido y si se elige el envío prioritario o el ordinario, puede que en algunos casos tenga que acudir el comprador a su recogida en la Oficina de Correos.

-Envíos al EXTRANJERO fuera del territorio de España -No se pueden realizar envíos contra reembolso ni con otro método de pago, sólo tarjeta de crédito. No se incluyen costo de aduana si lo hubiera en ningún caso.

-No es posible garantizar el tiempo de entrega totalmente. Son sólo estimaciones basadas en los tiempos de entrega de las empresas de envío (CORREOS), y no incluyen los procesos de aduana para envíos internacionales. Si el libro es pesado o de formato especial, la librería le contactará directamente para informarle de los gastos de envío adicionales si los hubiera.

-NO nos hacemos RESPONSABLES de los GASTOS DE REENVIO cuando el comprador no recoge el paquete y nos es devuelto.
Se da por hecho que una vez informado el Nº de seguimiento por email, el comprador se responsabiliza de su recogida. Si una vez informado el Nº de seguimiento y en (4/5 días en España y 10/20 días en el Extranjero) no se lo entregan o tiene un aviso de CORREOS deberá ir a su Oficina de Correos y con el Nº y un documento de identidad para retirarlo.
Si el paquete nos fuera devuelto y desea su reenvío los gastos correrán a cargo del comprador en todos los casos. Nos pondremos en contacto con el comprador, si es devuelto el paquete, para informarles de cómo solicitar el reenvío.

• We can not guarantee delivery time completely . They are only estimates based on the delivery times of shipping companies ( CORREOS ) , and do not include customs procedures for international shipments. If your book is heavy or oversized, the Seller will contact you directly to inform you of the extra shipping costs if any.

-We are not responsible for the cost of return if the buyer does not pick up the package and returned.
It is assumed that once informed the tracking number by email, buyer responsible for pick up. If once informed the tracking number, if in (4/5 days in Spain and 10/20 days abroad) has not delivered the book or a warning CORREOS POST ,should go to your office with the number and identity document and pick up
If the package was returned to us and the buyer want the new forwarding, forwarding expenses will be paid by the buyer in all cases. We will contact the buyer if the package is returned to inform them of how to request forwarding.
