The Early Release Provision describes federal and state laws which give federal and state "non-U.S. citizen" prisoners an opportunity to reduce their sentences (in some cases by more than 95%), leave prison, and return home.
These laws have been on the books for many years. Yet, for a host of reasons, most federal and state prisoners (as well as prison staff) are unaware of their existence. And of those prisoners who are aware of these laws, many do not know how to apply for these types of early release programs.
The Early Release Provision, however, solves these problems (and many more) for you by providing you with the steps that you will need to follow in order to obtain your early release.
The Early Release Provision is packed full of proven methods that have allowed federal and state prisoners to successfully reduce their sentences. The book also gives easy to follow, step-by-step instructions on how to fill out petitions or letters and send them to the appropriate federal or state agency. Moreover, the book contains real life, easy-to-understand examples that you can use as templates for developing your own petitions or letters. Best of all, the book allows you to seek early release without having to spend hours upon hours in the law library or pay for the services of an attorney or jailhouse lawyer.
