Do you know what you should do, but still hesitate?
Do you feel capable of more, yet stuck waiting for the “right moment”?
World Champion and Olympic silver medalist Noelle Pikus Pace built her career in one of the highest-pressure sports on the planet, racing headfirst down an icy track at highway speeds, where a split-second decision can change everything.
What she learned under that pressure applies far beyond the Olympics.
The next 60 seconds matter.
No Excuses is a practical, entertaining guide to understanding why capable people hesitate and how to interrupt that pattern before excuses take over.
Through relatable stories from her Olympic journey and real-world examples from leadership, work, family, and everyday life, Noelle uses humor, honesty, and clear tools to show how small actions can replace the excuses that quietly run your life.
Inside No Excuses, you’ll discover how to:- Recognize excuses and shut them down
- Stop procrastinating and start moving
- Make better decisions under pressure
- Take ownership of your choices
- Build consistency without burning out
- Lead yourself and others in everyday moments
- Replace hesitation with ownership - without shame or self-attack
- Stop negotiating with comfort, perfection, and fear
- Live with intention, clarity, and momentum
- Take action even when confidence is low
At the heart of this book is what Noelle calls Mercy in the Middle - because No Excuses without mercy isn’t sustainable. With mercy, ownership becomes honest, human, and transformational.
These 60-second tools can change your day.
Repeat them, and they can change your life.
Stop waiting.
Start owning.
