Folio, quarter red morocco with raised bands and gilt spine lettering over marbled paper covered boards. Marbled endpapers with owner's bookplates. Very good, ex-library. Table of contents and text precedes plates. Ancient to modern architecture. Plates excellent but for library blindstamps. The color plates and some double page plates have more than one number assigned. Light foxing to title pages, and some text, mostly fine internally with occasional minor foxing at margins and in a very few plates. Volume 2 (1852) has foxing and toning to plates 31 and 32. Volume 3 has 140 plates. 46 color plates in all. Seller Inventory # 82173
