This emotion workbook for teens initiates, supports, and leads the process of recognition, appreciation, and skillful handling of different emotions that are dominant in teenage.
What to do with shame, anger, fear, and anxiety? Is it always a bad thing to be lazy or feel boredom? How to accept yourself in guilt and sadness? Do I ever feel pride and happiness? Can I find and learn pure love?
Through 100+ exercises, your teen or tween will learn mindfulness and emotional intelligence, becoming more emotionally stable and open to healthy relationships.
The emotions workbook is the second part of the EMOTIONS FOR TEENS AND TWEENS collection. It contains original practices and quizzes helping kids to put theory into practice and master emotions and feelings.
The workbook for teens is the result of a teamwork of psychology and mindfulness practitioners, as well as teenager feedback.
Emotional intelligence is the foundation of a happy and successful life. Our kids and teens need to understand and manage emotions, not suppress, hide, or let them burst out. The EMOTIONS FOR TEENS AND TWEENS collection helps teens deal with feelings skillfully, live through them, receiving the vital message any emotion brings them.
