They grounded him for the best flying of his career.
Captain Russ "Javelin" Garner saved his crew over Syria by doing exactly what the manual said not to do. The Air Force punished him for it. Then a man in a black government sedan offered him something the Air Force never could: a mission that actually mattered.
Project Mogul operates where no regulation reaches, managing first contact events the world can never know about. Garner flies Pandora, a stealth tiltrotor loaded with technology that shouldn't exist yet, alongside cyber specialist Lt. Mark Delaney and Director Kaela Renn, whose instincts run deeper than any intelligence briefing can account for.
The missions are classified. The aircraft is a ghost. And some people are willing to trigger an interplanetary war to profit from what Garner's team is trying to protect.
