New! This is the e-bike book you've been waiting for!
In “E-BIKES - Putting the FUN Back Into Cycling (and Life) at Any Age!” you will learn why people around the world, both young and old, are rushing to buy electric bicycles. You will discover why senior adults especially love e-bikes and how they can keep you active and feeling great regardless of your age. You will read testimonials from seniors just like you about ways e-bikes have changed their lives and helped them overcome health problems.
This book will show you:
- How an e-bike can improve your physical and mental health, help you lose weight, make you feel young again, and put a smile on your face!
- Why riding an e-bike is definitely not "cheating" when it comes to getting great exercise.
- What to look for when buying an electric bike and understanding how much to realistically expect to pay for it.
- Why e-bikes, unlike regular bikes, don't sit gathering dust in the garage but get used on a regular basis.
- Why you will ride your e-bike farther and more often than you ever imagined - and love every minute of it!
- How to maintain and protect your e-bike.
- How e-bikes are regulated in the U.S., Canada, the UK, and other countries, and where you can ride them.
- The amazing and transformative role bicycling has played in history and how e-bikes can help make our world a better place to live in the future.
No matter what your age or where you live, there's an e-bike just right for you. In easy-reading, non-technical language, this book will teach you everything you need to know to successfully enjoy the exciting e-bike lifestyle. Before you know it, you too will be wearing the famous "e-bike grin" and having the time of your life!
The author, Dave Hogan, is a retirement-living blogger, lifelong bike enthusiast, and a proud owner of an e-bike. He understands the needs of senior adults. Dave blogs at “This Retirement Life” and “This E-Bike Life.”
