nach der Bestellung gedruckt Neuware - Printed after ordering - The rheological properties of monolayers and the dendritic growth of alloys have aroused extensive research interest in the field of condensed matter, and both are related to the dynamics of interface. The book tries to compare the interface phenomena concerning in the two distinct systems: gas/liquid interface for soft matter and liquid/liquid or liquid/solid interfaces in alloys. How the adsorption, arrangment and interactions of particles at gas/liquid interface lead to the amusing structural relaxation How the propagation of solidification front depends on the undercooling The book may give you some answers.
