About the Author

The main Author Roland Azibo Balgah holds a PhD from the Martin-Luther-University Halle-Wittenberg, Germany. He lectures at Universities and higher institutes of learning in Cameroon. He currently researches on disaster management and risk reduction, poverty and development related issues. He has 15 years working experience on development issues.
