Dynamic Yoga is a unique combination of dynamic breathing and strong, flowing movement which creates a high-heat, high-energy workout. The choreographed sequence of postures that flow into one another build strength, unwind tight joints, and loosen muscles. It is a complete mind and body workout that develops concentration and reduces stress. Dynamic Yoga, based on the techniques of Astanga Vinyasa Yoga, is the fast, powerful form of yoga which has taken the yoga world by storm. It has attracted a lot of interest due to the claims that it can provide as effective a cardiovascular workout as a conventional exercise-to-music class. Thus it is attracting people from the fitness and 'body culture' world who are seeking new ways to keeping super fit. It is fast becoming the new Iyengar in yoga fashion terms.
