About the Author

Dr. Mohammed Galib Hussain is Emeritus Professor at Islamiah College, Vaniymabadi, India. He has authored seven books on various aspects of Human Resource Management. Holds a PhD from the University of Madras and conducts management development programs for the Indian managers. He is a corporate adviser on HRM issues.
