Paperback. Combining on-the-ground reporting with extensive research, Dawn Paley shows us what's really behind state terror and the hysteria it encourages. This is a book about what is called the 'war on drugs', but it isn't about prohibition or drug policy. Instead, it looks into how this war is one in which terror is used against the population at large in cities and rural areas. Paley examines the drug war from a unique angle: as the offshoot of and economic support for capitalism and imperialism. This is drug war capitalism. Drug wars are good business. Shipping may be from multiple locations in the US or from the UK, depending on stock availability.
