About the Author
Ayoub Najah El Idrissi is a prominent thermal engineer currently serving as the head of the technical department at the National Office of Electricity in Morocco since 2010. His career includes a significant role as a dispatcher for national dispatching, overseeing the management of extremely high-tension electrical transitions. Presently, he works at a thermal power plant focused on electricity production from fossil fuels while pursuing a PhD at the National School of Applied Science, Ibn Tofail University, Morocco.
Mariya Ouaissa is currently an Assistant Professor in Cybersecurity and Networks at Cadi Ayyad University and practitioner with industry and academic experience. She is a Ph.D. graduated in 2019 in Computer Science and Networks from ENSAM-Moulay Ismail University, Meknes, Morocco. She is a Networks and Telecoms Engineer, graduated in 2013 from National School of Applied Sciences Khouribga, Morocco. She is a Co-Founder and IT Consultant at IT Support and Consulting Center. She was working for School of Technology of Meknes Morocco as a Visiting Professor from 2013 to 2021. She is member of the International Association of Engineers and International Association of Online Engineering, and since 2021, she is an “ACM Professional Member”. She is Expert Reviewer with Academic Exchange Information Centre (AEIC) and Brand Ambassador with Bentham Science. She has served and continues to serve on technical program and organizer committees of several conferences and events and has organized many Symposiums/Workshops/Conferences as a General Chair also as a reviewer of numerous international journals. Dr. Ouaissa has made contributions in the fields of information security and privacy, Internet of Things security, and wireless and constrained networks security. Her main research topics are IoT, M2M, D2D, WSN, Cellular Networks, and Vehicular Networks. She has published over 70 papers (book chapters, international journals, and conferences/workshops), 25 edited books, 1 authored book, and 10 special issue as guest editor.
Lokaiah Pullagura is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering at Jain University. He has extensive experience in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students and has guided Ph.D. scholars, M.Tech, MCA, and B.Tech students in research. His research contributions are published in SCI, Scopus, and UGC-indexed international peer-reviewed journals, as well as in book chapters. He also serves as a reviewer for several international journals and conferences. Dr. Pullagura has international exposure as a freelancer, mentoring students from foreign universities through online platforms. His research interests include Generative AI, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Computer Networks.
Hooman Razavi is currently an Associate Research Assistant in the Department of Engineering Science at Tecnoloìgico de Monterrey, Mexico. He holds a BSc in Computer Engineering, an MSc in Artificial Intelligence, a Doctorate in Business Administration, and a PhD in Engineering Science. Dr. Razavi has served as a sessional lecturer at University Canada West (2017–2022) and as a lecturer for the United Nations (UNITAR) IoT course. He has published widely in conferences, book chapters, and journal papers in the fields of applied AI and cybersecurity. His professional experience also includes roles as a Senior Data Scientist and consultant in several fintech firms. He currently serves on the editorial board of the International Journal of Cybersecurity and Risk Assessment and is an Associate Editor of GraduaTEC journal. Dr. Razavi has reviewed for numerous Q1 journals, including IEEE Transactions on Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems Journal (Wiley), Expert Systems with Applications, Engineering Applications of Artificial Intelligence, Applied Soft Computing, IEEE Access, and Digital Business. Additionally, he has served on technical program committees for leading conferences, such as ICLR 2025, NeurIPS 2024, AISTATS 2025, IEEE WINCOM, IEEE CSR 2024, ICACTCE 2024, ICBDDM 2024, IEEE GCAIoT 2024, IEEE CSNet 2024, ICMI 2025, and RIVF 2024. Dr. Razavi has also been a keynote speaker at numerous international conferences and has conducted multiple webinars.

In 2020 we not only celebrated our 20th birthday but our 1st birthday as being completely employee owned after becoming an E.O.T in September 2019. We are proud to be different and embrace standing apart on a book mountain by working from a virtual inventory which allows us to provide thousands of books that may be difficult to get for your bookshelf or your studies. Working with a number of different suppliers allows us to explore other avenues such as puzzles, sheet music and even stationery so we really do have something for everyone. Returns Policy
We ask all customers to contact us for authorisation should they wish to return their order. Orders returned without authorisation may not be credited.
If you wish to return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain authorisation.
Returns requested beyond this time will not be authorised.
Our team will provide full instructions on how to return your order and once received our returns department will process your refund.

Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer you can withdraw from the contract in accordance with the following. Consumer means any natural person who is acting for purposes which are outside his trade, business, craft or profession.
Information regarding the right of withdrawal
Statutory right to withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good or the last lot or piece.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, electronically fill in and submit a clear statement on our website, under "My Purchases" in "My Account". We will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to PBShop.store US, Springfield Gardens, New York, U.S.A., +44 1285 712917, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- The delivery of newspapers, journals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts; and
- The supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. on a CD or DVD) if you accepted when you placed your order that we could start to deliver it, and that you could not withdraw once delivery had started.
