!st edition thus. date is speculative. Tall 4to box. 16 x 31.6cm box. 28.4 x 27.5 board folded once. Red paper covered card box with lid, large blue label stuck down on lid board + men + red lettering. Black & yellow squared bard, orange separation between squares, red rear. 12 black + 12 red painted wooden men, each with blind embossed Japanese crest on. Box : rubs to corners, slight dullness to label, few slight marks else clean & good shape. Board 1cm split top/bottom of join, few slight scuff marks else clean with good shape. Men : very clean & unscratched. Clean set. VG/VG/VG+ box & board & men.
