Second edition, 1949. This is the first edition with colour plates. Half title foxed. Publishers gilt decorated green cloth very lightly marked, else very good crisp clean copy. The dustwrapper with onlayed colour plate is slightly spine darkened and has some light rubbing and marking. Not price clipped. Generally a very good copy with no chipping or tears.
