DISCOVER THE TRUTH OF YOUR POWER TO LIVE A CONTENTED LIFE
All the power you think you lack is waiting for you in the dark, masquerading as overwhelm, depression, and disconnection. You really do know who you are and what you want.
Down and Back is a holistic guide to turn your life in a positive direction by embracing the powerful gifts hidden in your dark times. Get unstuck by redefining success for you, discovering your superpower of sensitivity, and learning to listen your Self and the intuitive voice of your Soul. By giving depression a home in your life, you'll be more at home in your body, your Spirit, and in the world.
Hidden in the depths of depression is a call to self-love.
Catapulted into depression, addiction and psychic awareness from childhood trauma, Julia Novak dug out of despair by recognizing and realigning with the immense creative force available to us all. She's spent two decades teaching others that until we remember our greatness, the sadness isn't going away. It's a soul sickness trying to show us the way back to our light.
Using stories and down-to-earth practices Down and Back shifts your perspective to see yourself as a unique Spirit in charge of crafting a happier life on your own terms.
You'll learn how to:
- Stop giving up your energy and feeling like you're not enough
- Redirect your over-sensitivity to people and problems in a positive way
- Listen to your Self on all levels and tap into your intuition
- Embrace the wisdom in "negative" emotions so they don't run your life
- Connect to the creative energy of Nature and your true nature to be at home in your Self, your home, and in the world.
If you are ready for a breakthrough to align with your power, to redefine happiness, and side-step old fears of failing again to truly live, Down and Back is for you!
