No binding, with the signatures still gluebound. First page is the title page. Light foxing throughout. James Johnson contracted with Colonel Leavenworth to put boats on the rivers and transport supplies for Leavenworth's expedition to establish Fort Snelling (then Fort Saint Anthony) at the confluence of the Minnesota and Mississippi Rivers. There are three folding charts tipped in, one of ship supply tonnage, one of troops transported, and one of specific supplies including many thousands of gallons of whiskey. ; 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall; 193 pp.
