Top third of the backstrip torn, and with an additional 1/2 inch loss from the leather at the head; insignificant light tide marks to the lower margins of the preliminary leaves and the leaves throughout the last quarter of the book; a handful of pages with minor markings, else the pages are very clean; text block cracked at the beginning and end; pp. 23-26 and p. 475/76 almost completely detached. Complete. Flake 2880. Salt Lake edition of one of the four standard works.
