We have specialists lists for some remarkable book illustrators and designers (eg Talwyn Morris, Charles Rennie Mackintosh and the Glasgow School, Arthur Rackham) and special catalogues in some subject areas (eg Richard III, Books on Books). Our interests include local history, the history of the book (including book art and design etc) and UK local history and these are reflected in our stock.

Overseas shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
Our books are dispatched regularly twice a week. Please inquire if you require expediated or 'best endeavours' shipping.
We use bespoke book boxes to best protect your books in transit. They are made from recycled material and are fully recyclable. We are commited to minimising the environment impact of our book business and hope that you can support us in this endeavour.
