Item description from seller

End paper and maps by Hedy Eibvschutz. Larger squarish book, color-photo illustrated boards, 44 maps, over 100 color photos, detailed map on inside cover and adjacent end paper. Long interesting ink note on half-title page by woman who explored this area aboard the ship "Fannieson" sailing from Morehead NC to the Virgin Islands in late 1977 and early 1978. Woman has used pink highlighter to trace snorkeling voyage on first map, adding her pink dot to symbol page 6, neat pink markings throughout to show spots visited, ink note in margin on one page telling of restaurant on little-known island Jost Van Dyke, population 130. One instance where notes and underlining enhance an already intriguing book. Very Good.
