In this day and age, can two people who are wildly attracted to each other really date and enjoy themselves sans sex? Are they raising the bar or just being unrealistic? Is it possible to fall deeply in love in the absence of physical intimacy? The protagonists in this allegory attempt to answer these questions through a courtship that one of then is loath to recognize as such,
Meet Chalk and Amaya. Their souls are revered one to one another through a visual rendezvous in, of all places, the sanctuary. Shortly thereafter, they are introduced and the wheels of fate begin to rapidly spin out of control. Both have other commitments and both are submerged in secrets, but the love factor is mutual and undeniable. Even so, not everyone is happy about their union and some in their circle would love nothing more than to see their love shipwrecked.
When hedonism at the helm of our social universe, the line between sex and love has all but been erased. So, can the couple walk the path that's been outlined for them or will they explore other avenues? Join them in this spiritual expedition as one Divine Encounter after another, compels them to confront their pasts, ponder their futures, and choose their master.
Divine Encounters is AE Thomas' new, profound and deeply personal novel that examines true love at its best and in its purest form.
