Profusely illustrated with color photographs. 237 pages. 4to, gray cloth with inset pictorial label on cover. Sharon: The Granary, (2014). A near fine copy. Composed entirely by women artists from the collections of Melva Bucksbaum and Ray Learsy, the exhibition The Distaff Side at The Granary does much more than bring together a varied group of works by women artists. The exhibition catalyzes thoughts about these innovative and provocative artists as they take their rightful places in the grand narrative of art history.
