Sumedha Dutta is presently working as Associate Professor, Department of Business Administration, Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Management Studies, affiliated to GGSIP University. She earned her Doctoral degree from the University School of Management Studies, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, India, in the area of servant leadership and positive psychology. Her keen research areas include organisation behaviour and Human Resource Management. In her rich 20 years of teaching experience, she has published more than 20 research papers in journals of repute such as Journal of Knowledge Management, Journal of Intellectual capital, Asia Pacific Business Review, Journal of Asia Business Studies, Labour & Industry, On the Horizon, among others.
Asha Thomas, PhD, is Assistant Professor at Wroclaw University of Science and Technology (WUST), Poland. She completed her PhD in Management and Quality Sciences with a specialisation in Knowledge Management (KM) and Innovation from Delhi Technological University (DTU). Her areas of research interest include KM, open innovation, big data, innovation, and SMEs. She has about 12 years of experience in teaching and over 3 years of experience in the IT and telecom industries. She has several research papers published in top journals, including the Tourism Management Perspectives, Journal of Knowledge Management, Knowledge Management Research & Practice, Journal of Intellectual Capital, European Journal of Innovation Management, Management Decision, Journal of Business Research, and Kybernetes. She has published 15 books at a national level and book chapters with publishers like Palgrave Macmillan and Springer. She is a reviewer of many leading journals. She has also contributed to a policy draft for G20 (T20) Summit 2021, held in Rome, Italy. Her research paper was recognised among the top 1% of highly cited articles in the social science category by Web of Science in 2022. She also serves as an associate editor and guest editor for journals. She is the single author of the book Knowledge Management, Leadership, and Innovation in Digital Transformation: Navigating the Future of Organizations, published with Routledge.
Puja Khatri is Professor at University School of Management Studies, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi. She is a trained and certified behaviour analyst with specialisation in psychometric profiling. She is an expert in the area of research methodology, scale development and validation, and partial least square structural equation modelling. She is well versed with various software packages like SmartPLS 4, R, AMOS, SPSS, etc. Her areas of specialisation include well- being, happiness, business communication, and leadership (to name a few). She has conducted several workshops in the areas of research methodology, scale development and validation, higher order structural equation modelling, data analytics, self- assessment, personality assessment, behavioural profiling in institutions of repute. In her rich 23 years of experience in industry, teaching, and research, she has published more than 150 impactful research papers with top academic journals like Journal of Knowledge Management, International Journal of Consumer Studies, Journal of Intellectual Capital, Journal of Management History, Asia Pacific Business Review, Labour & Industry, among others. Additionally, she has authored six books in the areas of personality assessment, mindand management, and positivity. She has been awarded as ‘Best Professor in Organisational Behaviour’ by ET Now in December 2019. She has also featured as most inspirational woman in August 2019 in the inspirational women category (academia) by We Are the City. She also serves as guest editor for the European Journal of Innovation Management and Journal of Content, Community and Communication.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good or the last lot or piece.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, electronically fill in and submit a clear statement on our website, under "My Purchases" in "My Account". We will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
