You want love - and you run from it.Not sometimes. Not occasionally. But consistently, in ways that confuse you and the peopletrying to love you.
This is disorganized attachment - the most complex of the four attachment styles, born when your earliest caregiver was both your source of comfort and your source of fear.
Disorganized Attachment
is the research-grounded, compassionately written guide to finally understanding why you push love away and pull it back - and what the path to genuine security actually looks like.
Inside you will discover:
• The science of how disorganized attachment develops and why it creates the push-pull pattern
• The fearful-avoidant experience from the inside - the simultaneous longing and fear
• Why self-sabotage is actually your nervous system's most intelligent response
• The path to earned security - what it is, how it works, and how long it takes
• Self-regulation tools designed specifically for fearful-avoidant nervous systems
• How to navigate relationships, partnership, and communication as a disorganized attacher
• Reparenting yourself - inner child work, shame healing, and narrative integration
• The secure identity you can build from the inside out
The push-pull wasn't manipulation.It was survival.And it can change.
