With decades of experience and cutting-edge research, Andrés Tapia and Michel Buffet provide a revolutionary model that empowers teams to harness the full potential of diverse perspectives.
At the heart of the book are The 5 Disciplines, which guide teams to tap into their collective power:
- Connecting – to build affiliation
- Caring – to nurture psychological safety
- Synchronizing – to harness collective intelligence
- Cultural Dexterity – to integrate diverse perspectives
- Powersharing – to ensure equitable contributions
The result? Unparalleled creativity, engagement, and performance.
