nach der Bestellung gedruckt Neuware - Printed after ordering - Dionysius is a book that contains various sections of the works by Dionysius, a Greek author and philosopher who lived in the 1st century BC. The book is a compilation of some of his most influential writings, including his treatises on rhetoric, literary criticism, and theology. The sections cover a range of topics, from the nature of language and the art of persuasion to the role of religion and spirituality in human life. Dionysius's works are known for their complex and nuanced arguments, and this book provides readers with a comprehensive introduction to his ideas and philosophy. Whether you are a student of philosophy or simply interested in exploring the ideas of an influential ancient thinker, Dionysius is a must-read.Hence we shall only run over in a summary way, at present, some few of the works of an all-wise Providence; and after a little we shall, if God grant it, go over them more minutely, when we direct our discourse toward one who has the repute of greater learning. So, then, we have the ministry of the hands, by which all kinds of works are wrought, and all skilful professions practised, and which have all their various faculties furnished them, with a view to the discharge of one common function; and we have the shoulders, with their capacity for bearing burdens. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations. Because we believe this work is culturally important, we have made it available as part of our commitment for protecting, preserving, and promoting the world's literature in affordable, high quality, modern editions, that are true to their original work.…
