Dampstains to lower edges of pages. Mainly photos and captions with 8 p. of explanatory text by Fitzpatrick at rear. Author was Superintendent of Camp Education. The camps are work camps, mainly lumber camps, in northern Ontario, Alberta, etc. Sections labelled: Education Makes Better Workmen, Frontier Training Schools, Matriculation in the Camps, Help Solve the Slum Problem, etc. Advocates education for workers as well as manual training for college boys.
