Review:
This dictionary has its place as a convenient reference for the optometry student, the vision scientist, and the practicing clinician. It is not as thorough as a text dedicated to the given subject of inquiry, nor is it intended to be. Its purpose is to provide concise information about a wide range of optometric terms, and it accomplishes that purpose well. In it, the reader will find much more then a dictionary and quite possibly what he or she is seeking.
