Foolscap8vo, xxxiii, [vii], 229, [17] p. 167 illustrations including the Walls of Dublin frontispiece. Original blind-stamped red cloth, gilt, black endpapers. Backstrip darkened, fore-edge of the covers faded otherwise a VG tight copy with 'Review Copy. An early review will oblige' stamped across the title. The Cambridge copy calls for a folding plan but there is no sign that it was ever included in this review copy. This edition is scarce, only one copy located on WorldCat and an additional three on COPAC.
