Bound by the Fine Bindery in boards, illustrated overall with a design by Macgregor, with matched laid paper endpapers and slipcase, title on paper ticket pasted on spine. A lovely book demonstrating the life cycle of nature through 13 beautifully executed large engraving of the same apple tree throughout the year. The last image intentionally repeats the fist, to indicate this cycle. Accompanied by an evocative and touching account of the tree by the artist. Seller Inventory # 870
