LIfestyle plan to help combat age-related (Type 2) diabetes
The Diabetes Cure is a practical and natural regime essential for those suffering from age-related (type 2) diabetes.
Type 2 diabetes, otherwise known as non-insulin dependent, effects a huge percentage of the adult population. It is caused by a glucose imbalance which itself is caused by lack of exercise and a poor diet. Fast food and sedentary lifestyle are becoming increasingly common, so too is type 2 diabetes.
Introduces new herbal supplement HCA (hydroxycitric acid, a substance found in the brindle berry) which:
• reduces craving for sweet things
• improves effectiveness of body’s insulin
• helps muscles absorb glycogen
• makes you feel full after eating reduced food intake
The Diabetes Cure plan also includes:
• Excellent exercise regime (building up from beginners level)
• Stress Management techniques
• Healthy eating guidelines with 50 – 60% of intake being complex carbohydrates
