Item description from seller

60pp, tables etc, associated reports loosely inserted. 30x21, comb bound card covers. Very good The report is essentially a review of the success or otherwise of the policies followed during the 1970s, and the prospects for the future. The growth areas were seeing more investment, while development in green belt/restraint areas was slowing. But the ongoing recession, and lack of investment in housing and transport into London were serious concerns.
