A simple questionnaire was used with to explore the informational needs of oncology patients in Pain Management. The work indicated that patients value information and that these needs are not being met. It is advantageous to involve the patients in the leaflet design process to ensure the information is accessible and useful. The study showed that this could be done simply and cheaply.
