Printed wraps. 23 pp. A history of the rise of the freedom of the press as an important right in America, detailing early the personal struggles against colonial governments in the US when expressing one's opinion, including Benjamin Franklin, the Zenger trial, etc. GOOD condition, ex-museum library. Pocket on the inside rear cover. Faint trace of call numbers to the lower front cover. Minor browning to the wraps, mostly along the extremities. Minor creasing and bumping at the corners.
