Paperback. The growth of financial technology (FinTech) transforms the global banking landscape, reshaping how financial services are delivered and consumed. Understanding FinTech adoption is crucial, as factors like technological readiness, regulatory frameworks, customer trust, and organizational culture influence how banks integrate innovative financial solutions. As traditional financial institutions adopt FinTech applications, ranging from digital payments and blockchain to AI, the impact on their financial performance has become a key area of research. Exploring the relationship between FinTech adoption and banks' profitability, efficiency, and competitiveness offers insights into how technology can enhance financial stability and drive long-term growth in the banking sector.
