In the process, a lot of factors work in tandem to bring a change. Controlling the EGO, Mind and Senses are most difficult part and may take long time. But if one has to move 1000 steps, first step is to be taken. This book does not claim that by following the methods contained in the book, readers can change their destiny in certain period of time. Although the ways to control the destiny are written in the book but all these are indirect methods and work indirectly to rouse the soul faculties which in turn help developing the thoughts as desired. The direct method is of Samadhi which is not explained here for the reasons mentioned in below paras. During Samadhi, a person gets abundant cosmic energy which catalyzes the process of cleaning/removal of all karmic patterns, impressions, grooves etc., whether good or bad, from consciousness. Effects of cancellation
