- Book 7 of 8: Right-Minded Teamwork: One unified system. A journey from individual mindset to enterprise-wide transformation.
Tired of Silly Team Games and Indirect Training That Fails to Deliver Real Results?
As a facilitator or leader, you know the frustration: standard team-building activities-from happy hours and outdoor games to generic lectures-are met with teammate eye-rolls and fail to produce lasting change. Your clients need a proven methodology rooted in the science of strategic problem-solving and the art of emotionally mature leadership.
Start designing real-world workshops teammates can't wait to attend.
Design a Right-Minded Team-Building Workshop: 12 Steps to Create a Team That Works as One is the definitive guide to creating powerful, practical workshops focused on real work and sustained results. This book establishes a foundation for success using the field-tested Right-Minded Teamwork (RMT) 12-Step Design Formula.
The RMT Workshop Advantage: A Structured Path to Transformation
Drawing on 35 years of successful facilitation, author Dan Hogan introduces the RMT model, which guarantees thoroughness and structure through the three sequential workshops and the 90-Day Operating Plan:
- Workshop 1: Work Agreements: Guide teams to choose "right" attitudes-like acceptance, forgiveness, and adjustment-and create Work Agreements that resolve interpersonal and work process conflicts for an "early win."
- Workshop 2: Operating System: Clarify the team's goal (achieving 100% Customer Satisfaction) and establish the Team Operating System to strengthen performance and eliminate wasted effort.
- Workshop 3: Teammate Growth & Development: Encourage honest self-assessment and individual performance improvements, establishing wholehearted support for collective team growth.
This implementation is followed by the ongoing 90-Day Operating Plan, ensuring continuous assessment and improvement, proving the RMT model works.
Inside this book, you will receive:
- The Complete 12-Step Process: Master the Contract, Commence, and Carry On phases for delivering sustainable results.
- The Power of the 5 Elements: Learn to implement the RMT continuous improvement model-the foundation for creating a team that works as one (supported by the philosophy found in the Reason, Ego & the Right-Minded Teamwork Myth).
- Tools for Success: This essential guide includes implementation plans, four successful team case studies, and a robust collection of templates, checklists, and team exercises.
The best facilitators don't over-function; they teach teams how to resolve their own issues. Embrace your role as a Right-Minded Teamwork Facilitator and guide teams toward sustained transformation.
It's time to move from ineffective games to guaranteed, real-world success.
