This beautiful little book brings together more of the writings of this remarkable man, revealing a love of the world and a concern for its social problems that mark him as one of the greatest spokesman of the twentieth century. Ehrmann was not afraid to express his thoughts about the evils and scandals he saw around him, and in his quest for contentment he turned to nature and the eternal passage of the his philosophical thoughts are a search for social truth and peace.
Readers will find in his poems much that has relevance today. Through Ehrmann we are led to look again at our twenty-first century values and to turn for truth and reality to the essence of beauty and goodness that lies all around us, if we can but open our eyes to see.

Terms of sale
We are pleased to receive orders via the Abebooks shopping basket. VISITS: PRIOR NOTICE is needed if you would like to PICK UP a book from our shop. Our listed books are not on the public access shelves, though duplicates might be. You could use Ask Bookseller a Question, beneath the book description, and type something like: Can I pick up this book at the weekend. This minimizes the keyboard work you need to do. Or communicate with us in any other way. Much of our stock will probably never be listed, as our shop is about the size of two tennis courts, so a visit can be rewarding. There are many good cheap cafes in Newtown, an emerging tourist area, close to the Sydney CBD, and many customers make a night of it.
