but being the clearest thinker in the room?
In a world of viral demos, overfunded startups, and AI trends changing by the week, one skill matters more than ever: the ability to separate signal from noise.
Decoding the Signal is your practical guide to navigating the chaos of AI hype with confidence, clarity, and a repeatable framework. Written for business leaders, strategists, product owners, and innovation teams, this book equips you with the tools to evaluate AI technologies, avoid expensive distractions, and focus on what actually works.
Inside, you’ll find:
✅ The 5C AI Evaluation Framework to vet vendors, tools, and trends
✅ A 10-question Signal Checklist to ask before chasing the next AI hype cycle
✅ Cross-industry case studies (finance, healthcare, retail, public sector) showing what failed—and what quietly succeeded
✅ Tools to run strategy sessions, team retros, and leadership workshops
✅ KPIs, self-assessments, and visual frameworks to drive real traction—not theater
Whether you’re evaluating an AI-powered platform, debating the next pilot, or guiding your org’s digital strategy, this book helps you lead with discernment—not distraction.
Because the leaders who thrive in the age of AI won’t be the loudest.
They’ll be the ones who see clearly—and build what lasts.
