About the Author

Mohamed EL HACHIMI studied International Politics and Human Rights (MA) at City University, London, and Political Science (PhD) at Mohamed V University, Rabat. He is a senior researcher in the Center for Studies and Research in Social Sciences (CERSS)in Rabat. He has published on various issues related to democratization and governance in Morocco
