To The Leader Who Feels Overwhelmed and Burnt Out:
In Dear Leader, by T.R. "Tiffany Rashel" Parker is a compilation of the conversations that every leader needs to hear, but most don't get the opportunity to engage in. It speaks to the inevitable challenges that every leader has faced and will face throughout their leadership journey.
Dear Leader provides inspiration and guidance for leaders on every level and at every stage of leadership. For leaders that have felt the pressures of their position and believed they were alone or unsupported, Dear Leader offers a realistic look at those hard truths of life as a leader, and a safe space to experience it all.
For leaders that are open to peek behind the curtain and expose the darker side of leadership, this is the read that will provide insight, preparation, and support throughout the ever-changing face of our world through peace, pandemic, and protest.
