Customer Questions & Answers
Q: What makes this keepsake journal different from a regular notebook?
A: Unlike a plain notebook, this journal is thoughtfully designed with over 60 guided questions that help your grandad share his memories, experiences and wisdom in his own words. It becomes a personal legacy book to treasure.
Q: Who is this gift suitable for?
A: This is the perfect gift for grandchildren of all ages to give to their grandad. It’s especially meaningful for milestone moments like birthdays, Father’s Day, Christmas, or simply as a heartfelt surprise.
Q: How long will it take to complete?
A: There’s no set timeframe. Some people enjoy filling it in gradually over weeks or months, while others complete it in a few sittings. The flexible format allows them to write at their own pace or even with you sitting alongside asking the questions.
Q: What size is the book and is it good quality?
A: Yes, it’s a premium-quality keepsake book. It is beautifully bound in fabric with elegant gold foil blocking, FSC paper from sustainable sources that feels beautiful to write on and won’t bleed through. Designed by humans, for humans and made to last for generations.
Q: Can this journal help with family history and genealogy?
A: Absolutely. Many families use it as a way to add personal stories and memories to their family tree. It preserves your grandad’s voice and experiences for future generations.
Q: Is this heirloom quality?
A: Don’t risk your precious memories on low-quality, AI-generated 'Print-on-Demand' books. Our journals are authentic, professionally crafted keepsakes built to be passed down through generations, not flimsy, mass-produced imitations.
