Also in the 4th The 'Moos' comes with a proven concept and the highest standards of topicality and practical relevance:
The Form Guide combines patterns on data protection organization, data usage, international data transfers, corporate policies and operational agreements, and privacy statements and consents. The uniform structure of all chapters after introduction, contract patterns and explanations of each clause provides quick guidance. All forms are directly usable as well as individually customizable and show options and alternative formulations.
Book + database: the complete work with all patterns is available online. Plus laws and decisions in full text. Access is valid until the reissue appears. Upon return of your book, your rights to online use will expire.
The work takes into account the latest national and international developments; among other things the HinschG, the TTDSG or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework with the adequacy decision of the EU Commission. New chapters, e.g. on corporate policies on the use of video conferencing tools or messenger services as well as mobile work, and the addition of English sample texts (now in all chapters) complete the new edition.
Editor Dr. Flemming Moos and his team of experienced data protection experts offer exactly what the practitioner needs in everyday life, be it when designing their own or examining external contracts.
