P. K. Kapur is Director of Amity Center for Interdisciplinary Research, Amity University, Noida. He is a former Dean of the Faculty of Mathematical Sciences and a former Head of the Department of Operational Research at University of Delhi, India. His vast research experience in the areas of software reliability, optimization, innovation diffusion modeling in marketing, multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM), big data projects adoption, and other management areas is illustrated through his work with nearly 400 research paper publications in top international and national journals/proceedings of repute. Professor Kapur has supervised almost 75 PhD and MPhil scholars. He is also Member of the University Research Council, Amity University, Noida, India. He has authored and edited many books and is also Editor-in-Chief of the Springer journal International Journal of Systems Assurance Engineering and Management (IJSAEM). He has executed various University Grants Commission (UGC) and Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) research projects in the areas of software reliability and innovation diffusion modeling.
Omar H. Alhazmi is Professor in the Department of Computer Science at Taibah University in Medina, Saudi Arabia. He obtained his PhD from Colorado State University, USA. He has been a member of editorial boards in several journals. At the Taibah University, he has served as Member of the Scientific Board (2017-2020), and Chair of the Faculty Affairs Committee (2018-2020). Moreover, at the University’s College of Computer Science and Engineering, he served as Vice Dean for quality from 2011-2017 and Vice Dean for academic affairs from 2017-2020. Professor Alhazmi has been a reviewer for the Saudi academic quality and accreditation (NCAAA) and a referee at the Saudi Gifted Organization (2014-2016). Furthermore, he has provided consultancy services in some private and public sector projects.
Dr. Shakshi Singhal is an Assistant Professor in Production, Operations, and Decision Science Area at XLRI Xavier School of Management, Delhi NCR Campus. She holds a Ph.D. in Operational Research from the University of Delhi. Besides this, she has an M.Phil. and Master’s in Operational Research and a bachelor’s in computer science from the University of Delhi. Her teaching and research interests span Operations Research, Statistics and Probability, Optimization, Predictive Analytics, Technology Diffusion, Decision-making under Uncertainty, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, and Waste Management. Dr. Singhal’s research has been published in several leading international journals, including Technological Forecasting and Social Change, Annals of Operations Research, Journal of Systems and Software, and Benchmarking: An International Journal. She serves as a Managing Editor for the International Journal of System Assurance Engineering and Management (Springer). She is an active member of professional bodies such as INFORMS and the Society for Reliability Engineering, Quality, and Operations Management (SREQOM). Dr. Singhal has also contributed to numerous national and international conferences as a session chair, reviewer, and organizing committee member.

Statutory right to withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good or the last lot or piece.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, electronically fill in and submit a clear statement on our website, under "My Purchases" in "My Account". We will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to Basi6 International, Irving, Texas, U.S.A., without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
