They failed. In a nation filled with varied cultures, immigration statuses, income levels, resources, and cognitive abilities, is there just too much diversity to keep millions of students from slipping through the cracks? As an educator, Dr. Eric Dion Andrew has seen every level of the industry from paraprofessional and classroom work to campus administration and leadership at the superintendent level. Across ages and demographics, districts and communities filled with students of diverse backgrounds and intellectual skillsets, there has been one constant in his philosophy: We can make education work for every child.Data Schmatta: It's the Relationships that Matta is a book about that vision-a vision for an education system that helps every individual student, teacher, and leader find their unique gifts. Store description
